3lb meat
2 onions finely chopped
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
6tbls flour
2tbls paprika
1tsp caraway seeds
1 bay leaf
1/4tsp marjoram
1/4tsp thyme
pinch of cayenne
1lb button mushrooms, sliced
2 red peppers diced
1lb 14oz canned tomatoes
10floz sour cream

- Oven to 275F
- Cut beef into 2in cubes
- Sweat onions & garlic
- Season flour and coat beef, then brown
- Add everything but sour cream and cook till meat is tender, about 1.5 hours.
- Add sour cream at end, using some as a garnish.
