Ingredients
4oz margarine
1 small tin condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp drinking chocolate
23 Marshmallows
13 digestive biscuits
1oz coconut
Extra coconut to decorate
Method
Melt margarine in pan, add condensed milk and vanilla. Do not boil.
Add coconut and drinking chocolate to crushed biscuits – mix well.
Put biscuit mixture into sausepan with margerine and mix well.
Leave aside to firm for 2 minutes
Roll teaspoonfulls into balls – flatten and wrap around mallows and roll into balls and then in coconut. Set in paper cases and leave to firm.
