Ingredients
Syrup
2 cups brown sugar
1 ½ cups water
½ cup maple syrup
1tbsp flour
Pudding
1 ½ cups ap flour
2.½ tsp baking powder
Big pinch salt
½ stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
Tsp vanilla
Method
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, mix. Then add milk and vanilla & mix
Mix the wet and dry
Add to a greased 13 x 9
Add syrup on top
Bake at 425 for 30 to 40 mins
