Ingredients

3 Eggs
1/3cup white sugar
Pinch of salt
10oz marscapone

Method

Separate the eggs
Beat egg whites + pinch of salt, add half the sugar slowly
Add other half of sugar to yolks and beat
Beat marscapone, then into yolks
Fold in whites
